Bow: 6.5" wide x 4" tall
Ears: 4" in diameter

Form a mr
Rd 1: ch1, sc7 into mr, sl st in 1st sc to join, ch1
Rd 2: ch1, *sc2 in next st* rep 7x, sl st to join, ch1
Rd 3: ch1, *sc2 in next st, sc1* rep 7x, sl st to join, ch1
Rd 4: ch1, *sc2 in next st, sc2* rep 7x, sl st to join, ch1
Rd 5: ch1, *sc2 in next st, sc3* rep 7x, sl st to join, ch1
Hold two rounds together with the rs facing out. Working under the front and back loops of each piece sc around until 4 st are left, stuff ear. -Fig B
Finish sc around ears. Fasten off leaving a 6' tail for sewing. Do not weave in ends.

Sew bow together with the rs facing out and overlapping the longer edge as shown in Fig. D
Row 1: sc in 2nd ch from hk and across, ch1, turn (3st)
Row 2: sc3, ch1, turn
Rows 3-8: repeat row 2
Sc around entire edge of band.
Fasten off leaving a 3' tail for sewing.
1. Choose a headband for your base -any headband will work.
2. Use the same color yarn as your ears to sc around headband.
-Hot glue can be used to attach and secure yarn to headband as your go.
Attaching Ears (Rep 2x)
3. Use the tail end from your finished ears to sew on the headband.
-Decide on the placement of ears -Sew into the st from headband and the st of ear 2x to
-Begin wrapping the yarn around the headband and sew through the last round of
the ears until you have secured 1/3 of the ear to the headband
-Next, sew into the st from headband and into the st of ear 2x to secure
- Fasten off, sew in ends. Repeat for second ear
4. Hold bow in between ears at bast of headband with rs facing front as shown in Fig. D.
5. Wrap band, with rs facing out, around ear and sew together with the seam facing the back.
-Wrap tightly to secure bow
6. Using the yarn color of ears, begin sewing bottom layer of bow to ear.
-Stretch bow so that the bow is held up by the ear with tension.
-Fasten off, weave in ends. Repeat for other side of bow.
