The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable Products
- Digital Downloads
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have shipped.
Personal items and custom orders cannot be returned.
All packages ship via U.S. Postal Service (USPS) First Class or Priority Mail.
International shipping policies: Please allow extra time for deliveries as customs can add to shipping time. Buyer is responsible for any extra customs fees that incur. Express international shipping and shipping insurance can be added to you order. Please message us for shipping quotes for your country.
We are not responsible for any shipping delays, lost packages, or damaged goods caused by USPS or other shipping companies while in transit.

All items ship to the address you've registered to your account. Addresses cannot be changed once shipped.
